1. Reporting Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. You must provide a video recording proof to support your claim.

2. Review and Approval

Once we receive your complaint and video proof, we will review it. If approved, you can return the item within 2 days of approval.

3. Replacement

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the replacement within 5 working days.
